Beet Kubeh with Kad’s Signature Base Sauce

Ingredients:
1 jar Beet Kubeh Base Sauce
1 package frozen kubeh for soup
(Excellent ready-made varieties are available, though homemade kubeh can also be used.)
2 jars boiling water
Optional: substitute with vegetable stock or chicken stock for deeper flavor
Manner of preparation:
Pour the Beet Kubeh Base Sauce into a deep soup pot.
Add two jars of boiling water.
For a richer and more refined result, it is highly recommended to use vegetable or chicken stock instead of water.
Bring the soup to a gentle boil over medium heat, allowing the flavors and aromas to fully develop.
Carefully add the kubeh directly into the simmering soup.
If using frozen kubeh, there is no need to thaw beforehand.
Reduce to a gentle simmer and cook for approximately 30 minutes, until the kubeh is tender and fully heated through.
