Beet Kubeh with Kad’s Signature Base Sauce

Ingredients:

Jar of Base Sauce for Beet Kubeh
Package of frozen kubeh for soup — there are some excellent ready-made options, but you can also make your own!

Manner of preparation:

Pour a jar of the base sauce into a deep pot.
Add two jars of boiling water — for extra flavor, you can use vegetable or chicken stock instead.

Bring to a boil, then add the kubeh to the sauce.
If they’re frozen, that’s perfectly fine — no need to thaw.

Simmer gently for about 30 minutes.
